Hilborough House Gardens
House in the Queen Anne style built 1996-9 to designs by the late Francis Johnson (d 1990) in brick and flint with Dutch gables. Strong Dutch influence also in the garden by Chelsea gold medallist, Arne Maynard, with much topiary, a maze and a labyrinth. Tour includes garden and chapel, tea in organ room.
Tour two and a half hours (not house), £15 inc tea, coffee, biscuits and home-made cakes.
