Hoses Hall

Originally a Saxon manor given to Sir Roger Huse (also spelled Husee, Hose or Hosey) in 1312 by John de Buick, hence the name Hoses Hall. It has previously been owned by Lord Alan Sainsbury, Lord Plummer and Lord Beaverbrook. A large part of the existing building dates from the 16th century. The tythe barn dates from the same period as Cressing Temple. Well-stocked four-acre garden plus four acres of meadows with bulbs.
