Large Palladian mansion built 1712 for Sir John Wodehouse (ancestor of author PG Wodehouse and the Earls of Kimberley.) William Talman was the architect; the four towers were added in 1754 and Salvin made further alterations in 1835. Capability Brown park, 1762.
