Thank you for our enjoyable visit to The Swan. We were very impressed and really enjoyed the lunch! … Just wanted to thank you for yesterday’s Invitation to View event at the hotel. I found it very interesting. You are clearly very enthusiastic about the subject matter and it must have taken you quite a while to pull it all together. The food was also excellent, staff were friendly & efficient … Just had to let you know how much we enjoyed our tour of The Swan today. We have dined there often, but had no idea it was so extensive.
